Texas Chemist ships products across the USA only using USPS First-Class Mail Delivery, which costs $35.00. Orders usually arrive within 2-7 business days (maximum 10-17 days). However, in some cases, there may be an additional delay for 5 days for the customs checking.

All products are shipped in discreet packaging. Nobody will know what you have ordered.

Orders placed prior to 8 pm will be sent out the next day, while orders placed after 8 pm will be sent out the second day.

Please keep in mind that USPS facilities are closed during the Federal Holidays. Hence, no shipping will be made those days. If your package is scheduled for shipping on Federal Holiday, we will send it out the next working day.

If you don’t receive your products by the promised delivery date, please contact our customer support service as soon as possible. In this case, we will give you a refund. Your payment will be fully reimbursed to your credit card. Keep in mind that the refund procedure usually takes 5-7 business days.
